Everyone here is incredibly kind and well-trained. The doctor is one of the best people I've ever met. He has extensive knowledge of his work and is always attentive to his patients. I've improved significantly in the short time I've been here. Thank you to the entire team for your excellent work.
I have been seeing Dr. Austin for 2 years now. Not only is he simply amazing at what he does, he does it with such a friendly, caring bedside manner. I cannot put into words how thankful I am for him, the services he offers and his amazing team! I used to suffer from chronic bilateral numbness and tingling, in my arms, 90% of the day; all day, every day. Now, I rarely have issues; when I do, Austin works me in ASAP to correct the problem. I have suffered from migraines my entire life; until I began regularly seeing Austin, they were so severe I had to give myself injections at home. Now, I hardly ever get them. When I do feel one coming on, I get right in for dry needling, it makes all the difference. I haven't had a migraine shot in 20 months! I also have 2 student athletes who see him as well. As the parent, of an injured kiddo, if it's at all possible, there's nothing you want more that non operative options. My son (now playing baseball in college) suffered a tear in his rotator cuff his Jr. year of high school; after 6 weeks of soft wave therapy from Dr. Austin, the Sports Medicine/Orthopedic surgeon, cleared him to start pitching. Dr. Austin spends the time needed to figure out the source of your pain/issue and set's up a treatment plan, utilizing the different therapies he offers. Don't let the thought of cost talk you out of contacting him. They accept insurance, when insurance allows. They also have discounts and packages; they may even do a payment plan, if that's the only thing stopping you. Dr. Austin truly cares about helping you heal.
The staff was amazing very welcoming and listen to your needs the front desk employee Raquel was phenomenal. I would recommend this place to anybody that needs help with wherever you’re having pain because they definitely know what they’re doing and they talk you through what they will be doing how they’re gonna be doing it and when it is done, they keep you engaged with your session.

Your chiropractor isn’t even close to how good Dr. Clarke and his team are. I went in with a bulging disc between my L5 and S1 vertebrae and after 3 visits it is noticeably, no no no, insanely better. Decompression, softwave, and manipulation therapy is all used here but only if it’s necessary to treat what you have going on. If you need routine maintenance, you can do that here. If you have nerve damage and no one seems to be able to help, I bet they can with the software. If you have herniated discs or bulging discs or just need decompression work in general I know they can handle that here. Highly recommend to everyone!
I can’t recommend this chiropractic office enough! Since starting treatment, I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my overall health and quality of life. Before coming here, standing and walking for long periods was a constant struggle because of my back pain. Thanks to their personalized treatment plan, I’m finally getting my mobility back. Dr. Austin is very personable and is great at explaining what is going on with your anatomy. His regular adjustments keep me balanced and in good health. He is a good listener and can adjust the treatments to meet your needs.
I am so grateful for the exceptional care which has been given by Dr.Austin and each of his staff. The Softwave treatment has made such a huge difference in my ability to function daily. The first 24 hours after my initial treatment, I felt tremendous relief from the intense pain I had been dealing with in my knee. I noticed the pain from inflamation was reduced significantly within the first 2 hours of the initial treatment. I now have more energy to do the things I haven't been able to do in quite awhile. Dr. Austin takes the time to answer any questions which really helped me to feel at ease. He is genuine and very personable.
